应对国际金融危机中国建筑企业的机遇与挑战

金融危机的继续发展，其影响也越来越深入各个实体经济，资金量需求大的建筑业也难以避免，国际上资金的短缺和投资的急剧减少使得全球建筑企业资金链的维持变得困难。在世界经济中扮演越来越重要角色的中国在本次金融危机的大救亡当中起着举足轻重的作用，中国政府为保证经济稳定健康发展，推出大量政策直接或间接推动各种建筑项目的实施以带动经济发展和解决就业困难。我国建筑施工企业在这种“外冷内热”的大环境下面临危与机并存的局面。文章根据当前形势，对中国建筑施工企业面对的机遇与挑战进行分析，并提出应对策略。

The challenge and opportunity of Chinese construction enterprises in the international financial crisis

The international financial crisis influences the substantial economy with its development. The construction industry with large capital demand cannot avoid it. The shortage of capital and decrease of investment make the international construction enterprises difficult to operate. China plays more and more important role in the crisis and the government has proposed lots of policies to promote the construction projects for economy development and career problems. According to the current situation, this paper analyzed the challenge and opportunity that Chinese construction enterprises face, and proposed some suggestions.
