| 摘 要： | 公共产品理论是财政学基础理论之一。本文探讨了公共产品理论教学亟待解决的问题,包括:公共产品概念、特征及判断依据,公共产品供给模式,公共产品与外部性的关系,公共产品理论的发展;指出以政府与市场建立合作伙伴关系为核心的PPP理论,已经丰富和发展了公共产品理论。

| Abstract: | The theory of public goods is the foundation of public finance. Some Issues to be resolved urgently for teaching of the public goods are consist of concepts and characteristics and to be judged of public goods, and provision modes of public goods, and relations between public goods and externalities, and growth of the theory of public goods. The theory of PPP for establishing partnerships between the government and the cooperation has developed the theory of public goods. |
