低合金钢构件焊接固有应变分布规律的研究

摘    要:应用固有应变有限元法预测构件焊接变形时,必须事先知道焊缝区的固有应变分布规律,因此研究焊缝区的固有应变分布规律具有重要意义。本文针对低合金钢Q345,采用热弹塑性有限元方法研究了平板堆焊构件焊接固有应变的分布规律,给出了焊接固有应变系数与热输入参数的数学表达式。

Abstract:When applying the inherent strain finite element method to predict welding deformation components,you must know in advance that the weld zone inherent strain distribution,therefore,the research on the inherent strain of the weld zone distribution is of great significance. In this paper, based on low-alloy steel Q345, plastic finite element method with hot plate elastic-plastic is adopted to explore plate welding components of the distribution of inherent strain and the inherent strain coefficient of welding heat input parameters and mathematical expressions are given.
