| 摘 要： | 分析了胶东半岛人才资源的现状,指出,必须建立半岛统一的人才市场、创新半岛制造业基地的人才引进机制和人才培养模式、完善半岛制造业基地人才生态环境,才能满足不断增长的经济对人才的需求,保证胶东半岛成为世界级的制造业中心。

| Abstract: | The present situation of huaman resources in Jiaodong peninsula has been analyzed in this article.At the same time,some ideas have been pointed out,that is,we must establish the peninsula's united human resources market,create the innovation of introduction of talent mechanism and the talents' training pattern of peninsula's manufacturing industry base and improve ecological environment of the talents of peninsula's manufacturing industry base.Then we can satisfy the economy's unceasingly growing need to the talents and guarantee that Jiaodong peninsula becomes the world-class manufacturing industry center. |
