| 摘 要： | 由于代理问题的存在，国内外许多业务外包实践最终以失败告终。本文在分析契约治理的有效性及不足的基础上，将信任机制引入到生产外包合作关系的治理之中，并通过构建三维理论模型，实证检验了信任机制的治理效力。

| Abstract: | Owing to the problem of principal-agent relationship, some outsourcing practice at home and abroad ended in failure. Based on the analysis of validity and defects of contract governance, the paper introduces trust mechanism into the governance of panner relationship of manufacturing outsoureing and makes an empirical study of the validity of trust mechanism by building a three-dimensional model on theory. |
