新经济时期知识在经济发展中起着非常重要的作用,社会对于知识的需求很大,但由于知识作为一种特殊资源又不同于其他资源的一些特点,致使知识的供给无法满足需求,存在着无法在市场解决的供需矛盾。分析知识的供需失衡,寻求市场之外的知识生产激励途径,以解决知识供给的经常性不足,促进经济发展。

How to Encourage Knowledge Production in New Economy Age

With the coming of new economy age,knowledge is palying a more and more important role in developing economy. The demand of the whole society for knowledge is enormous,while the supply is far too scarce to meet the demand because of the special characteristics of knowledge different from those of other resources. Thus there is a demand-supply contradiction that can't be solved by market alone. In this paper,we will analyze the contradiction in economic view and try to find out other methods besides market to encourage knowledge producing activity with the objective of solving the frequent shortage of knowledge and promoting the development of economy.
