| 摘 要： | 设计阶段对工程造价的控制发挥着重要的作用，但设计阶段目前存在一些问题。研究结果表明，全生命周期视角下的造价控制是解决这些问题的有效措施。分析项目设计阶段工程造价控制存在问题，提出从项目的全生命周期视角，对设计阶段工程造价控制现行模式进行改进，实现项目价值的提升。

| Abstract: | Design stage plays important role in process of controlling engineering cost,but the current design stage has a lot of problems.The research shows that the cost control based on life-cycle is the effective measure to solve these problems.Through the analysis of the engineering cost control problems in the design stage,it can improve the cost control method in design stage on the basis of life cycle,and realizes the project value increasing. |
