旅游者安全行为：研究源起与国内近十年研究述评

旅游者安全行为研究已成为旅游安全研究的重要领域。文章阐述了旅游者安全行为研究的理论源起,并以2001～2011年的文献为基础,对国内旅游者安全行为的研究进行了系统的梳理,从概念界定、表现特征、影响因素、安全行为管理、不同视角下的安全行为研究等方面阐述了国内旅游者安全行为的研究进展。研究归纳了国内旅游者安全行为研究表现出的理论结构,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。

Tourist Safety Behavior: The Origin and a Review of Domestic Research over the Last Ten Years

Tourist safety behavior research has recently become an important area of tourism safety research. This paper aims to analyze the theoretical origin of the research of tourist safety behavior. It suggests that tourist safety research starts from the context that tourism safety research is growing in importance. Although it belongs to the ＂edge＂ of tourism safety research, and there is as yet no systematic research achievement, the practical issues reflected from this study are the core of tourism safety management. Further studies in this field may lead to the practical development of tourism safety and may also construct a new research system of tourism safety. Based on the above understanding, and on the domestic literature that was published between 2001 and 2011 , this paper aims to conduct a systematic review of the progress of the domestic research of tourist safety behavior. The literature mainly describes six aspects of this topic, namely： the concept of tourist safety behavior, the characteristics of tourist safety behavior, the factors that influence tourist safety behavior, the management of tourist safety behavior, the different perspectives of tourist safety behavior, and the theoretical basis and research methods of tourist safety behavior. The research areas that receive the most attention of these six aspects are ： the factors that influence tourist safety behavior, the management of tourist safety behavior, and the different perspectives of tourist safety behavior. These six aspects also constitute the basic theoretical structure of the domestic research of tourist safety behavior. This present study finds that the domestic research of tourist safety behavior enriches the research of tourism safety and that it has gradually developed a clear theoretical structure, although the safety behavior of tourists is a research topic that should be systematically expanded. In addition, multi-disciplinary and multi-field research methods have been used to promote the development of this area of study. However, the current research on tourist safety behavior is scattered and most of the key issues have not yet entered the mainstream, consensus view. In addition, a lack of empirical studies means that the theory is vague and not verified. Consequently, much of the existing theory lacks solid empirical foundations. This research area, which has a strong practical significance, needs further academic study to produce a more solid theoretical exploration and framework of understanding. Finally, based on the above review, this paper makes a number of suggestions for further research. In particular, future research on tourist safety behavior should gradually be centered on the detail rather than on the general features of this topic （as it is presently）. In addition, the drive relationship and decision-making mechanisms on tourist safety behavior should be explored in more depth, as should the mechanisms of action between the various influencing factors. In addition, further study of the behavioral decision-making mechanism of tourist safety is required. At the same time, it is important for the security management strategy proposed for tourists to deconstruet the tourism safety management system from the point of view of tourist safety behavior. Finally, further empirical analysis of tourist safety behavior will help to promote the theoretical understanding of this topic.
