| 摘 要： | 外资并购已经成为国有企业改革的一种重要方式,在外资并购国有企业中职工利益的保护问题十分重要,但目前我国法律对这一问题的规定存在一定缺陷。为此,在职工利益保护中,对外资并购行为进行全方位的规制,对并购国有企业的职工保护应高度重视。

| Abstract: | It is an important method that the foreign-funded enterprise annex and purchase chinese enterprises in the reformation of the stateowned enterprise.Protecting the benefit employees is a serious problem in this process.But the current laws have many defects about this problem.So this paper analyzes those existing defections,and raises some suggestions about protecting their benefits. |
