城市流动人口生存现状与管理转型

我国城市流动人口目前的突出问题包括管理体制、居住条件、就业与社会稳定。城市流动人口管理转型的方向，应是建立强有力的管理协调机制，把城市流动人口就业问题纳入日程，建立流动人口社会保障机制，加强对流动人口的教育培训，探索降低治安刑事案件、加强流动人口社会治安工作的途径。

Urban floating population management in China is the initiating point of the next step to change the urban-rural dualistic structure.At present,the key problems of the urban floating population in China are concerned with its management system,living condition,employment and social stability.The direction of the management transition of the urban floating population includes building the strong management coordinating system,solving their employment problems as soon as possible,building the social security system for them,strengthening their educational training and exploring ways to reduce criminal cases and strengthen social security work for the floating population.
