| Abstract: | The influence of WTO-entering on the technical assessment of project construction was expounded and in particularly discussed in detail around the following four aspects:the possibility of attracting the foreign capital and technology;regulartion and optimization of industrial structure and improvement of business environment;intellectual asset protocol;and adoption of international standards for export products. |
