| 摘 要： | 随着我国在IT资本上的大规模投入,测量这种大规模投入产生的经济价值具有重要意义。根据中国1990-2004年数据,运用经济计量学的方法,建立经济增长与要素增长的线性回归模型,对我国IT经济价值进行实证分析,并根据实证结果对我国未来投资提出建议。

| Abstract: | With the rapid increase of IT capital investment, it is important to evaluate the economic value of this investment. The paper establishes a regression model by using econometrics and makes empirical analysis based on Chinese data range from 1990 to 2004. Suggestions about China economic growth are also provided. |
