| 摘 要： | 本文认为企业专业化生产作为市场分工的产物,是利用规模报酬递增的有效形式,企业内生的专用性能力制约着企业规模扩张的边际与路径,建立在资源禀赋优势基础上的专业化中小企业与大企业一样能够实现宏观战略目标。最后根据我国产业组织实际,提出企业专业化的模式与建议。

| Abstract: | The article argues that the specialization of enterprise,resulting form market devision,is an effective way of realizing the increasing of scale returns. The endogenous special capability of the enterprise sets the limit and pattern of the enlarging of scale. As for the macro strategic objects, medium and small enterprises perform as well as the large. Finally,the patterns of enterprise specialization and some advice are proposed . |
