高速公路建设证券化融资刍议

在高速公路建设时期,各国一般都会遇到建设资金短缺这个"瓶颈"问题,我国也不例外。本文以我国高速公路建设证券化融资为研究主体,创新性地把它分为筹建阶段的证券化融资和建成后的证券化再融资——资产证券化,从理论和实践层面对高速公路的证券化融资进行研究。

Study on Securitization Financing for Expressway Construction

In expressway construction,the ＂bottleneck＂ problem of general shortage of funds will be encountered in many countries of the world,China is no exception.In this paper,the securities of China＇s expressway construction financing for the study are the main body of innovative and be divided into the planning stage of the securities after the completion of financing and refinancing of the securities asset-backed-securitization,from the theoretical and practical aspects about the securities on the highway financing is researched.
