| 摘 要： | 高校后勤企业安全生产管理机制建设是一项长期的工作任务。该机制建设,应遵循"以人为本,规范管理"、"预防为主,教育先行"、"明确责任,管教结合"和"实事求是,妥善处理"的原则;从机制的客体与主体出发,建立层级生产管理责任机制、投入保障机制、检查督办机制、预警机制和考评机制。

| Abstract: | The construction of safety production management mechanism in college rear-service enterprises is a long-term task.The construction should follow the principles：＂people-oriented,standardized management＂ and ＂prevention first,education priority＂;＂clear responsibility,discipline combination＂ and ＂seeking truth from facts,properly handling＂.From the perspectives of the object and subject of the mechanism,level production management accountability mechanism,the investment guarantee system,inspection overseeing mechanism,warning mechanism and evaluation mechanism should be established. |
