| 摘 要： | 上市公司能否健康的发展与其资本结构密切相关，合理的分析资本结构的影响因素尤为关键。针对目前占上市公司数量极大的制造业的资本结构的影响因素进行了实证分析，并就结果做出了解释。

| Abstract: | Whether or not the listed corporations can healthily develop is closely related to their capital structure.It is critical to analyze the capital structure's influential factors for business development.The paper empirically studies the capital structure influential factors of manufacture corporations,which are dominant in manufacture industry,meanwhile the paper explains the influence results. |
