我国特大城市建设用地影响因素的地区差异

摘    要:文章简述了我国特大城市从1990年到2001年的城市用地增长情况,综合选取10个因素作为特大城市建设用地影响因素分析的基础数据。用相关分析法得出所选影响因素的Pearson相关系数,对东、中、西部三大地区特大城市建设用地影响因素进行对比分析,剔除次要影响因素,再应用偏相关分析法得出各显著影响因素偏相关系数,进而根据偏相关系数判断各影响因素的重要程度。最后提出有利于各地区特大城市建设用地健康发展的对策及建议。

Abstract:This article summarizes increase circumstance of metropolitan developed land in China from 1990 to 2001 and selects 10 factors synthetically as basal datum for analysis of influencing factors of metropolitan developed land.Using correlation analytical method gets the Pearson correlation coefficients of selected influencing factors.And analyzing relatively influencing factors of metropolitan developed land between east,middle and west.At the same time,eliminating inferior influencing factors.Then,using partial correlation analytical method gets the partial correlation coefficients of prominent influencing factors.According to partial correlation coefficients judges the importance degree of influencing factors.At last,proposing countermeasure and suggestion which beneficial for development of metropolitan developed land.
