| 摘 要： | 人寿保险公司的架构一般由总公司、省级公司、市二级分公司及县支基层公司组成,总公司对其基层公司的管理在时间、空间上的跨度都很大,如果制度不健全、管控不到位,那么业务发展越大,基层公司对风险防范管控的压力就越大,依法合规经营将面临更严峻的挑战。
