| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展,中国贫困及其相关问题愈来愈严重,贫困人口的健康状况日益成为全社会关注的焦点。文章综述了有关国内外学者对贫困的界定、分类和中国当前贫困状况。分析了健康作为一种人力资本的重要性,综述并比较了国内外健康状况的衡量方法。重点概括了中国贫困人群的生活状况及其影响因素,分析了中国贫困人口卫生服务状况的相关研究。

| Abstract: | With the development of China＇s economy,the poverty and related issues in China are invceasingly serious and the health status of the poor population is becoming the focus of the whole society.This paper has made a summary of the definition of poverty at home and abroad, and described the current status of China＇s poverty and the poverty classification. It has analyzed the importance and the measure methods of the health as a kind of human capital. This article has generalized the conditions of the poor and the influencing factors. Also it has analyzed the study of status of the health service of the China＇s poor people. |
