师范院校非师范专业毕业生就业问题探析

经过连续几年的高校扩招,大学毕业生的数量急剧增长,大学毕业生就业难的问题日益凸现。而师范院校非师范专业毕业生的就业形势更为严峻,此问题已成为困扰高等师范院校稳定发展的重大问题。本文从社会、学校、学生个人三个方面出发,分析造成非师范专业毕业生就业难的原因,并提出解决这一问题的几点对策和建议。

Exploration of employment problem of non - teacher graduates in teachers colleges and universities

Owing to the opening entrance to colleges and universities, there is a drastic increase of graduates from colleges and universities, of which the employment became more and more difficult, especially for non -teacher graduates in the teachers colleges and universities. The low rate of employment of non - teacher graduates plays a vital role in the stability and development. This paper analyzes three factors involving society, colleges and graduates themselves, which affect the employment problem. At last, the paper puts forward some suggestions of how to solve the problem.
