石油企业库存控制管理对策探讨

合理库存可以使得企业整体运作变得更为有效，更为顺畅。若库存控制不当，将会带来缺货率高，补货不及时。库存周转不灵，或者库存水准高，无效库存多，资金积压等现象。如何有效控制库存，降低物资供应成本，已成为物资管理企业必须认真思考的课题。论文针对石油企业库存控制管理方面存在的问题，结合石油企业的特点和多年的物流管理经验，分析石油企业库存控制管理方面目前存在的问题，及其形成和存在的原因，并提出实用有效的库存控制管理对策，以其对物资管理企业有所帮助。

Problem and Countermeasures of Repertory Control Management in Petroleum Corporation

The reasonable inventory allows enterprises overall operation to become more effective and smooth.If the inventory can't be controled improperly,it will bring a high rate of out-of-stock,non-timely replenishment,stock liquidity or the high inventory level,inventory invalid,and the backlog of funds,etc.How to effectively control the inventory and keep the lower supply cost has become a big issue that material management enterprise should consider seriously.In this article,we focus on the problems that petroleum enterprise faces in inventory control and management,related with characteristic and logistics management experience which petroleum enterprise have over years,analyse the existing problems that petroleum enterprise has in inventory control management,the formation and the reasons,and give the practical and effective inventory control and management counter measures with a view to help the material management enterprise.
