| Abstract: | Belonging to the country, the land in city areas is the largest part of state-owned capital possessed by governments. Managing, projecting, and utilizing city land in a reasonable way not only provides local government with crucial financial income but also is important to changing the appearance and enhancing competitive capacity of the cities. This paper gives a systematic account of the four jobs in managing city land. |
