盘石水库坝体安全性分析

摘    要:盘石水库1960年建成,水库运行期间曾经发生了两次上游坝体滑坡,设计采取瑞典圆弧法和静、动力非线性有限元法对比分析进行安全性评价.两种方法安全系数不同,但对坝体稳定安全性评价结论基本一致.评价结论为:坝体在地震工况下不稳定,在正常运行工况下是稳定的,上游坝体滑坡是局部坝体填筑质量低劣造成的。

Abstract:The Penshi reservoir was completed in 1960. There have been two slips and falls on the upstream slope since impounding. Safety analysis and evaluation were carried out for the stability of the dam using Swedish method,as well as statistic and dynamic method of non-linear finite elements. The two methods had different safety margins and essentially the same results for security. It was concluded that the dam is stable during a normal operation,but it is not stable against earthquake shaking conditions. Partial slips and falls at the upstream slope were caused by poor-quality fill construction.
