摘    要:太赫兹科学技术是一门日益兴起的新学科。太赫兹波段处于红外光和毫米波段之间,这一特殊的频率辐射区间,使其具有一些独特的性能。太赫兹技术的发展对科学技术创新和国民经济发展具有重要的理论和现实意义。采用汤姆森数据分析工具和文献计量学分析方法,对太赫兹领域在2001-2015年间科学引文数据库收录的科技论文进行了检索和分析,主要包括论文的发表年代与国家分布、研究机构和作者分布、学科领域分布以及研究热点等进行了分析,最后提出了我国太赫兹科技发展的对策和建议。

Study on Development Trends of Terahertz Based on Thomson Data Analyzer
Abstract:Terahertz Science and technology is a new discipline which is rising day by day. Terahertz wave possesses some interesting properties due to the unique range between the infrared and millimeter wave bands. The development of Terahertz has important theoretical and practical significance for the science and technology innovation and the development of the national economy. In this paper, The THz field scientific papers included in science citation index database and published in 2001-2015 years were retrieved and analyzed by using Thomson data analyzer and bibliometric analysis method. The present paper draws the distribution of publication years, countries, research subjects, institutes and key scholars in this field. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Terahertz science and technology in China were put forward.
