Under the guidance of scientific development viewpoint, the acceptance path of global industries transfer of China is necessarily choosing sustainable and coordinative development, i. e. , the path is from made in China to created in China, selfinnovative system mainly based on enterprises should be established and perfected, industrial cluster development should be promoted at the areas which have the condition for cluster development, inward-oriented economy should be enlarged and consolidated, meanwhile, outward-oriented economy should be strengthened and optimized.
