| 摘 要： | 解读"人力资本"的内涵和特征,本文认为应遵循三条基本原则:一是要在人力资本与物质资本的矛盾对立中把握人力资本的内涵;二是要在人力资本与人力资源的内在逻辑中把握人力资本的特征;三是在人力与资本的内在统一中把握人力资本的品质,为此文章,从八个方面进行了具体分析.

| Abstract: | To understand the connotation and the features of human capital, deems this paper, that three principles should be followed, i.e. grasping its connotation, its features and its quality, respectively, on the basis of the contradiction of, the endogenous logical relation between and the endogenous unity of the two capitals. In this connection, this paper makes a concrete analysis in eight aspects. |
