| 摘 要： | 就如何提高产业集群的学习和创新能力,存在"强调地方网络"和"依靠外部网络"两种对立的观点,事实上连接内外两种网络是更为有效的方式。在对产业集群学习过程剖析的基础上,运用社会学领域的行动者网络理论,将内部和外部网络同时考虑,试图构建一个容企业、组织、物质和概念在内的异质的行动者网络,并为产业集群如何增加知识存量、促进学习交流和激发知识创新等提供一些建议。
