中药化瘀止痛汤治疗功能性经行腹痛的临床疗效

目的探讨中药化瘀止痛汤治疗功能性经行腹痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院门诊收治的功能性经行腹痛患者60例,给予其自拟中药化瘀止痛汤,每次月经前1-2 d服用,服药5个月。结果 60例患者中治愈51例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率为98.3%。结论自拟中药化瘀止痛汤治疗功能性经行腹痛,起到补血活血、疏肝理气、温寒化瘀、调经止痛的临床效果。

Functional Line by Abdominal Pain Medicine Treatment clinical Observation

Objective To investigate the Blood Stasis Decoction in the treatment offunctional the clinical efficacy for abdominal pain.Methods In our hospital 60 cases of patients with functional abdominal pain,give its self blood stasis soup,every time before menstruation 1-2 ddoses,the drug for 5 months.Results In 60 cases,51 cases were cured,the effective 8 cases,1 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 98.3%.Conclusion Blood Stasis Decoction in treating functional abdominal pain during menstruation,plays the clinical effect of the blood circulation,removing blood stasis,liver qi,warm in cold acetanilide regulate the menstrual function.
