摘    要:近年来服务企业营销道德问题越来越受到企业和消费者的关注。文章从企业、员工和消费者三个方面分析了服务企业营销活动中不道德的表现,并提出服务企业营销道德建设的措施。

Abstract:Recently enterprises and consumers pay more and more attention to marketing moral of enterprises,but what people focus on are production-style enterprises and their material products.The marketing moral of service-oriented enterprises is often ignored by people.In the author's opinion,it should get more attention.The paper analyzes the concrete non-moral behaviors of service-oriented enterprises from the angle of enterprises,employees and consumers and puts forward the measures to improve building the marketing moral of service-oriented enterprises.the security of China's grain supply.
