| 摘 要： | 目前我国社会保障体系存在的主要问题是覆盖面窄、保障水平低和保障措施少。分析了原因 ,按照全面建设小康社会的要求提出了完善社会保障体系的思路与对策。

| Abstract: | The main problems our present social security system faced are as follows:it covers with too few people,the social security level is low and is lack of measures.Based on analysis the main reasons of this complexion,this paper put forward the new idea and countermeasures to perfect the social security system consistent with the requirement of construction the welfare society. |
