| Abstract: | The relational network, the cultural standard and the institutional framework are the countryside social capital primary coverage, in the new rural reconstruction process, they may standard the government, enterprises, organizations and villagers such as the main act, promote each kind of main body in the trust, the unity, in the cooperation foundation to adopt the effective collective behavior, advance the new rural reconstruction step, achieve the new rural reconstruction goal. |
