| 摘 要： | 乳酸是目前世界上公认的三大有机酸之一，它广泛应用于食品、医药、化工、制革、纺织、环保和农业等诸多领域，应用前景十分广阔。因此对L-乳酸的研究越来越引起人们的重视。乳酸的生产方法主要有化学合成、酶法合成和发酵生产等，我国多采用发酵法为主。

| Abstract: | Lactic acid is one of the three important organic acids. It can be used in the fileds, such as foods, drugs, chemical engineering, tanning, spinning and weaving, environmental protection, and agriculture. It has a wide application prospect and attracts more and more attention on the research of L - lactic acid. production methods of lactic acid mainly include chemical synthesis ,enzymic method synthesis ,fermentation method etc. Fermentation method is more popular in China. |
