论世贸组织《反倾销协定》若干特点

世贸组织《反倾销协定》具有理论依据缺失、明确与模糊的法律条款并存、同时许可与管制成员方采取反倾销措施等特点。基于《反倾销协定》的以上特点,尽管反倾销措施具有若干负面效果,文章认为它仍然将继续成为各成员方保护国内产业、消除国际贸易自由化所带来的消极影响的重要手段,同时有关反倾销的争论也将持续下去。

On the Characters of WTO Antidumping Agreement

WTO Antidumping Agreement has the following characters:lack of theoretical basis,co-existence of precise and ambiguous provisions,simultaneously permitting and regulating the antidumping measures made by members.Based on above-mentioned characters of WTO Antidumping Agreement,although antidumping measure has several adverse effects,it will definitely continue to be the important tool of protecting domestic industry and eliminating the negative influence of international trade liberalization.Meanwhile,the debate about antidumping will continue to exist.
