我国现阶段农村土地承包经营权的法律保护

农村土地承包经营制度自实施以来,对农村的经济发展起到了极大的推动作用。本文从分析农村土地承包经营权性质入手,指出我国现阶段农民在行使土地承包经营权时存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出了完善我国农村土地承包经营制度的具体建议。

China present countryside land contract for the managerial right's legal protection

Since the implementation of the rural land contract system in rural areas,it plays a great role in promoting rural economic development. Based on the analysis of the right of the contracted management of rural land in China, this paper points out the major problems when peasants exercise the right of land contracted management at this stage,and aiming at these problems,the paper proposes how to improve the contracted management of rural land system.
