我国部分地区水利供给侧结构性改革的实践探索

推进水利供给侧结构性改革是深化水利改革的重要任务。通过总结福建、贵州、吉林、江苏四省推进水利供给侧结构性改革的要求和做法,总结出补短板和改革创新两方面的经验,以对其他地区推进水利供给侧结构性改革提供借鉴。提出应在吸收借鉴先行地区实践经验基础上,结合各地实际推进供给侧结构改革,提升国家水安全保障能力。

Practices of supply-side structural reform of water conservancy in some areas in China

Further promotion of the supply-side structural reform of water conservancy is the primary task of deepening the reform of water conservancy. The experience of filling the short board and innovation of the supply-side structural reform of water conservancy in Fujian, Guizhou, Jilin and Jiangxi provinces is summarized through the review of their requirements and treatments. It will be of great significance for other regions to further promote the supply-side structural reform of water conservancy. Based on the practical experience and according to the actual situations, the supply-side structural reform of water conservancy should be enhanced so as to improve the national water security capability of China.
