摘    要:本文以阐述培训迁移理论为起点,对培训迁移的影响因素进行了总结,分析了各因素之间的关系以及各因素的传导渠道,在归纳基层央行培训现状的基础上,分别从思想认识、过程设计、组织文化建设和管理政策等四方面,对提高培训迁移效果提出了有针对性的政策建议。

Abstract:The paper illustrates the training transfer theory,sums up the factors influencing the training transfer and analyzes the relationship between these factors as well as the conduction channel of these factors.On the basis of summarizing the training status in grassroots central bank,the paper brings up policy recommendations on improving training transfer effects from 4 aspects of ideological understanding,process design,organizational and cultural construction and management policies.
