鄱阳湖湿地生态补偿研究:标准与计算

湿地补偿标准的测算方法及其标准的核定对于执行《全国湿地保护工程实施规划》具有重要的实际意义。鄱阳湖湿地作为全国湿地保护的案例,目前所实行的标准与实践之间尚存在不足之处。根据调研,依据国内湿地生态补偿实践及鄱阳湖湿地保护建设和社会经济发展状况,从湿地补偿责任主体、标准、方式、途径等湿地补偿模式进行探讨,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。

Research on the Poyang Lake Wetland Ecological Compensation:Standard and Calculation

The compensation standard calculation method and standard approved for the implementation of"Na tional Wetlands Protection Project Planning " has important practical significance.According to the investigation and study,there existed shortcomes whithin the current implementation of the standards and the practice.So,based on the practice in national wetland ecological compensation and protection construction and social econo my development condition in Poyang Lake wetlands,this paper discussed from wetland compensation responsibil ity main body,standard,method,way and other wetland compensation model,all these research has important theoretical value and practical significance.
