| 摘 要： | 广东农工商职业技术学院文秘专业近三届毕业生的就业数据表明：广东高职文秘专业人才培养的目标岗位（群）为珠三角地区中小型企业的行政类岗位。通过对珠三角各类型公司（企业）的调研，文章对珠三角文秘人才的岗位能力需求情况进行了细致的分析，并提出了构建以岗位能力需求为主导的人才培养模式的有效建议。

| Abstract: | The dates of nearly three graduates of GuangDong Agriculture Business Industry polytechnic college show that the goal posts of Guangdong Higher Vocational Secretary talents are Administrative jobs in the Pearl river delta region. Based on the investigation and research of Small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper analyses the goal posts abilities of secretary talents, and offers proposals for secretary talents training mode. |
