| Abstract: | Some basic issues related to knowledge sharing in library are discussed, including the concept. In this paper the necessity of putting knowledge sharing into practice are also pointed out from three aspects. In the same time, several approaches were put forward to resolve these problems based on the analysis of main obstacles related knowledge sharing in library. |
