Study on learning political workers' training

The new generation of political workers are now bathing the sunshine of the new century.They receive the radiation from the instantly variable politics,economy,science and technology,morality and culture.How to face the new fact and situation and to explore the new working idea and approach becomes an actuality project.In this paper,a new concept about learning political workers was introduced.How to convert the political worker from "old-type" image of political cadre to "new-type" character of learning political worker in the new period was studied.
