The Logistics Outsourcing Issues and Countermeasure

With a lot of investigation and practice,the thesis introduced the various situations of logistics outsourcing,analyst the two parties of outsourcing:the manufacture as client and the third party logistics as outsourcing service provider.The thesis pointed out the issues during outsourcing,and suggested to have audit before outsourcing to minimize outsourcing risk,found and solved issues in advance to achieve successful outsourcing.
