大跨距重载车身立体仓库控制系统设计

摘    要:大跨距重载车身立体仓库系统是通过工业自动化控制并结合监控计算机管理,实现全面货物的仓储、输送、周转、协调、监视、控制等功能。主要表现在接收操作指令、检测信号、指挥作业、判断故障、监控及调动、返回信息等.它与平面式货物储存相比,可有效节约库房的占地面积,提高库房的空间利用率,并可减少70%以上的劳动力。能加快货物的出入库存储节奏,减轻劳动强度,提高生产效率,在汽车制造业具有很强的使用功能和推广前景。

Abstract:Through industrial auto control combining with computer management,rack system for big-span and heavy load vehicle completely conducts store,transfer,transit,coordinate,monitor,control functions etc,mainly presenting operation instruction receive and send,signal check,work command,failure judge,monitor and remove,information feedback and so on.Compared with two dimensional goods storage,it efficiently saves floor space and increase rack availability,and reduces more than 70% manpower.This rack system can accelerate goods come in/out of storage,decrease working strength so as to improve productivity.With good utility,it has and wide prospect in auto manufacture industry.
