我国民营快递企业人力资源现状及对策分析

摘    要:随着我国电子商务的发展,选择网络购物的人数激增,催生了一大批民营快递企业。作为快递企业的一支重要力量,中小型民营快递企业在消费者心目中占据重要地位。但由于中小型快递企业物流人才缺乏,员工流动性大,素质较低,严重阻碍了其发展。本文首先对我国中小型快递企业人力资源的现状及其原因进行了分析,然后根据我国中小型快递企业人力资源的现状,提出了相应的改进措施。

Analysis of the present situation and measures of human resources in private express enterprises in China

Abstract:with the development of electronic commerce in China, the number of selecting the online shopping booms, the birth of a large number of private express enterprise.As an important force for express enterprises, small and medium private express enterprises occupy the important posidon in the minds of consumers.But because of the lack of logisries talent in small and medium-sized enterprises, staff mobility, quality is low, seriously hampering their development. In this paper, the present situation and the reasons for the small and medium-sized enterprises, human resources are analyzed, and then according to the human resources situation of our small and medium-sized enterprises, put forward corresponding improvement measures.
