| Abstract: | In new century, physical teachers in universities undertake a glorious but arduous task, faceing a stem and profound challenge. Only by working hard and creating conditions to perfect oneself, will one meet the needs of physical education and teaching reform. The growing factors of physical teacher in new century mainly reflect knowledge factor, intellectual ability factor and non- intellectual factor. |
