| 摘 要： | 中小企业对于一国经济发展是十分重要的。但由于种种原因 ,却存在着融资难的现状。要解决这一难题就必须建立和完善中小企业信用担保体系。我国尽管在此方面已经取得了一些成绩 ,但仍然存在着较多的问题和不足 ,急需要我们采取积极的措施。这样才能真正发挥中小企业信用担保体系的重要作用。
