机械密封端面摩擦扭矩的测试技术

摘    要:对机械密封端面摩擦扭矩进行了理论计算并对机械密封端面摩擦扭矩的测试方法进行了综述。指出工作参数不同的机械密封测试装置,应选择不同的端面摩擦扭矩测试方法。根据目前传感器以及测试技术的发展水平,阐明机械密封端面摩擦扭矩测试技术的努力方向。在静环座与静环之间安装扭矩轴向力双参数传感器既可以测量轴向力,又可以避免轴向力的干扰,实现机械密封摩擦扭矩的测量。

Abstract:After calculating theoretically the frictional torque of mechanical seals and summarizing the testing methods of frictional torque for mechanical seals, this paper comes to the following conclusions: different testing methods could be used on different devices; the testing technology of frictional torque for mechanical seals develops with the present standard of sensor and testing technology; and the double-parameter sensor installed between the stationary ring and the stationary ring adaptor can measure not only the axile-force but also the frictional torque of mechanical seals without the interference of axile-force.
