| 摘 要： | 河北的农产品质量安全关系到全省乃至京津地区的农产品消费安全,意义重大。文章在分析农业生态环境对河北省农产品质量安全的影响以及全省农产品质量安全管理现状的基础上,进一步提出完善法律法规和标准体系、强化产地和投入品监管、推进标准化生产、实行市场准入制度、加强监管和监测、加快认证和品牌建设等全面构建农产品质量安全保障体系的对策建议。
