| 摘 要： | 基于授权与分权的对比、授权层次的分析,引出了非线性授权的概念,通过其应用分析,指明了非线性授权适用的范围,同时针对应用中存在的问题,提出了改善的方向。在现代社会中,应用这种授权方式时,不应考虑太多的专业能力,更多的应该是考虑其协调沟通能力。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the concept of non-linear empowerment by comparing the hierarchical empowerment and decentralization.The results of the applied analysis indicate the suitable scope of non-linear empowerment as well as the ameliorative direction.In the modern society,more attention should be given to the coordinative ability rather than the technical competence in conducting such empowerment. |
