| Abstract: | As far as the issue of the remedy of infringement of patent is concerned,the compensation principles in the Patent Act of China can't cover all the damages of patentees caused by infringement. Therefore,the author argues that the Patent Act should determine a reasonable coverage amount on the basis of giving consideration to both recoverable and punitive damages. |
