电网建设项目投资优化研究综述

对已有电网建设项目投资优化模型研究进行分类,将其分为多属性决策模型和多目标决策模型两个大类。分析了其多属性决策模型中指标权重确定的方法以及项目的评价方法,多目标决策模型中目标函数及其约束条件的设定情况以及模型求解方法。对每一种模型的研究现状、不足、适用情况以及求解方法进行综述。结果表明,当前研究中存在结合电网特点的赋权法研究匮乏,用单纯的经济风险来衡量项目的风险进行项目优化,以及较少考虑地区分配、项目之间的相互影响、迫切度等问题。最后对未来电网建设项目投资优化的研究重点进行了展望。

Review on Investment Optimization of Power Grid Construction Projects

The investment optimization model of existing power grid construction projects is classified into two major categories: multiple attribute decision making model and multi-objective decision-making model. The method of index weight determination and the method of project evaluation in multi attribute decision making model are analyzed. The setting of objective function and its constraint condition and the model solution method in multi-objective decision model are analyzed. The research status, shortcomings, applicability and solution methods of each model are reviewed. The results show that in the current research are combined with power grid characteristics weighting method to measure the risk of lack of project with the simple economic risk of the project optimization, and less consideration of area allocation, project between the mutual influence and the urgency of problems. Finally, the research focus of the future investment optimization of grid construction projects is prospected.
